These general terms explain how we handle enquiries. The written quote and booking confirmation sent for your specific trip take priority where they contain different details.

Quotes and availability

Prices, vehicle type, guide language, pickup area, duration, inclusions, and availability depend on the requested date and route. A website price or range is not a guaranteed quote. Confirm the final details with us before making payment.

What may be included

The confirmation will state what is included. Unless specifically listed, entrance tickets, meals, personal expenses, and optional activities are generally excluded. Overtime, unusual route changes, tolls, or special vehicle requirements may change the price.

Itinerary and conditions

Traffic, weather, ceremonies, tides, road access, attraction capacity, and local safety instructions can require itinerary changes. We will discuss practical alternatives when possible, but no itinerary can guarantee a particular view, activity, or opening status.
